Privacy policy

Last updated 24 October 2026

Doris (by Run Doris Run, rundorisrun.com) is an on-the-day assistant for people who work weddings and events: photographers, videographers, second shooters, planners and DJs. This page explains what Doris collects, why, who it is shared with, and how to delete it. It covers the Doris app at app.rundorisrun.com and the website at rundorisrun.com.

Signing in

When you sign in with Google, Doris receives your email address and your Google account's ID. They are used only to identify your account, so signing in on another phone or computer opens the same account. Doris does not get your Google password.

Google Calendar (optional)

If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Doris asks for read-only access (calendar.readonly). It never creates, changes or deletes anything in your calendar.

What else Doris stores

This data is stored with Cloudflare, where the app runs, and is used only to provide Doris to you. Doris has no ads, and does not sell your data.

Services Doris uses

Google user data

Doris's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:

How long data is kept

Deleting your data

In the app, open Settings and tap Delete my account and data. This deletes your run sheets, events, settings and calendar copies, and removes Doris's access to your Google account. You can also remove Doris's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

The website

The rundorisrun.com website has no sign-up forms. Its email link opens your own email app. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives standard browser request data.

Changes and contact

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too. Questions or requests about your data: [email protected].
